We take your privacy seriously.

Every pilot in the Apex network is FAA Part 107 certified, carries liability insurance, has their ID and certificate checked, and is personally approved by Apex before they fly for us. Your address and contact details stay hidden until a vetted pilot accepts your job, and your photos go only to you.

Why the owner has to sign. Florida law (Statute 934.50) bars using a drone to record private property or the people on it for surveillance without the owner's written consent, and plenty of other states have privacy rules too.
