How does volume pricing work?
If you need 10 or more jobs a month, tell us what you need and where, and we'll send a custom quote. Realtors also get 10% off every real estate and 360 tour shoot through our Realtor partner program.
Do you cover our whole area?
Apex books jobs anywhere in the US and sends them to approved pilots in our network who cover that area. Tell us where you need work and we'll tell you honestly how fast we can cover it.
Who flies our jobs?
An FAA-licensed pilot from the Apex network, ID-checked and approved by Apex personally, and insured with a policy Apex checks whenever your job requires it. You can ask for proof of their license and insurance for any job.
Do we deal with the pilot directly?
No. Apex is your one point of contact. We handle scheduling, consent, payment and any problems.
How do we pay?
Online, by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every receipt is saved in your account.
What if we're not happy with the files?
Every job has our 30-day guarantee: we fix it or reshoot it for free, and if that still doesn't make it right, we refund what you paid.
